Today was a bit rougher on the heels of a long night. Tate struggled with a new med started yesterday afternoon and wasn’t able to sleep at all. It was held today and we will try again tomorrow at 1/3 of the dose.
They did end up starting Tate on BP meds this morning. Her pressures continued to rise overnight and she was requiring too many rescue doses. It often really seems like the moment I make something public, we go the opposite direction. The rescue meds make her feel pretty crummy, so hopefully this daily med will bring her pressures down to a level everyone is happy with.
Nausea and pain were an issue this afternoon. Not sure why it was worse today, but i’m guessing fatigue played a big part. She’s been sleeping for awhile already and is out for the night. Praying a solid night of sleep helps to reset everything in the morning.
