Slightly quieter down day

Day 17:
Saturday! A super needed, slightly quieter down day. Ketamine increase again for pain today. Pain isn’t great, but Tate is hanging in there with a good dose of support with the pain meds. G tube feeds and water boluses are still being adjusted. Tate has an infected finger. She’s neutropenic, so not a huge surprise. Antibiotics started tomorrow if it doesn’t start to look better. This past week was absolutely exhausting and emotionally draining. Looking forward to hopefully some sleep for us both tonight and another day to regroup before a big week.

The response to the T-shirts is honestly overwhelming. Thank you for your love, support and prayers. I can’t tell you how many days God uses you all to carry us. Our gratitude doesn’t translate to words.
