Thank you for all the prayers for grandma and grandpa B. My dad got to ring the radiation bell and my mom is doing well after surgery. Radiation is next for her.

This week has been full of appointments. Mondays hematology labs led to an extra infusion today. We got to hang out with some of our favorite North campus faces which makes any infusion better . Tate’s nurses had set aside a special squishmallow waiting for her to come in. Being thought of by our medical family Even when we aren’t there means the world. So grateful for the North CCBD team!

This week has also been full of anonymous , beautiful and sweet cards and gifts. We are feeling loved. We had a donut delivery to our front door yesterday and today “Friend of a friend “ sent Tate another generous package. Thank You!!!! Every gift, card, kind word, comment and prayer keeps us going and we are so grateful for all the love and support!

We finally have a date to meet with the neurosurgeon in early December. And the appeal for the full genome sequence testing to be covered is underway. The rest is all still in slow motion . Tate is sleeping around 16-18 hours each day and lately battling increased pain again. There’s always lots of communication going back and forth but currently not a lot happening outside of regular appointments. We are trying to find the positive as we wait in these quieter medical days.
