This week has felt like a fast rush back to baseline. The tease of less pain has seemed to make nights less tolerable for tate. Migraines were requiring daily ER level cocktail so Tate is now restarting her migraine med. It unfortunately takes a couple weeks to come all the way up. Hoping it helps. Tate has more new ulcers and more swelling again this week, letting us know the auto inflammatory aspect of her diseases continues to want attention. More sleeping during the day, lower blood pressures and lower body temps have kept things Interesting. She sees Rheumatology, nephrology and others on Friday. I’m praying they have a change of heart and want to try something additional. Please pray for that. We’re still waiting to hear from other teams. Tate’s daily reality is nobody’s urgency. That’s hard.
On the fun side, we got an extra dose of the Stevenson’s and got to have an evening with another dear friend, Jason Zemlicka (missed you Becky and kiddos!) at the Spiegelberg B&B. The fun visits are always too short.
